Meet the Owner

Jon Obrecht, Local Owner and Franchisee of Express Employment Professionals of Grand Rapids, Hibbing, and Duluth, Minnesota

Jon and Kristi Obrecht opened their Express Franchise in February of 2006. Following his work as a Purchasing Manager for a local foundry and an Industrial Engineer for a local paper manufacturer, Jon decided to open his own business. While Jon and Kristi successfully ran their own rental property company for years, Jon's entrepreneurial spirit and desire to provide an innovative and empowering work environment led to the decision to embark on the Express journey.

Jon and Kristi currently reside in Northern Minnesota along with their three children.
