Layne Grover - Staffing Consultant
Layne is a native of Northeastern Minnesota. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in social work from the College of St. Benedict, located in St. Joseph, Minnesota. Upon graduating in May 2005, Layne returned to the Duluth area and began working for Express Personnel Services in January 2006. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is also a member of the Northland Human Resource Association Chapter. Layne is currently in the process of obtaining her MBA through Bethel University, and she enjoys a variety of winter and summer sports, attending UMD hockey games, ceramics, volunteer work with a local mentoring program and spending time with friends and family.

Katie McDougall - Staffing Consultant
Katie was born and raised in Northern Minnesota. She attended Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College where she obtained her Associate of Applied Science degree in human services, and then went on to the University of Wisconsin, Superior where she obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in sociology and criminal justice in May 2005. Before and while attending college, Katie worked in the restaurant business as a hostess, server, and supervisor. After graduating from UWS, Katie took a job in a medical office where she remained until accepting the position with Express Personnel Services in 2006, where she now works as a staffing consultant. Katie enjoys spending time with her friends and family, her puppy (Tessa), her newborn son, Michael, and husband.
